Where every girl is a pearl in the making.

Pearlz is The Blue Resource Table’s girl empowerment program, built to help girls discover their voice, grow in confidence, and step boldly into their future. Every pearl starts small and grows into something strong and beautiful, and that is the journey we walk with every girl who joins us.

​

Pearlz has two tiers, so girls can grow with the program from elementary school through their teen years.

Pearlz Blooming (Ages 5 to 11)

Pearlz Blooming is where the journey begins. Our youngest scholars build friendships, self-esteem, and a love of learning in a fun, safe, and encouraging space.

​

Pearlz Rising (Ages 12 to 19)

Pearlz Rising prepares teen girls to lead. Through STEM exploration, community service, etiquette, and personal development, our scholars build the skills and confidence to rise in school, in their community, and in life.
