The Inaugural Deacon Jacob Paige Legacy Scholarship
On August 18, 2026, at our First Annual Benefit, "A Seat for Every Scholar," at Cortlandt Colonial Manor, we presented the inaugural $1,500 Deacon Jacob Paige Legacy Scholarship. Congratulations to Skyla Houston, Peekskill High School Class of 2025 and sophomore at Daemen University. The scholarship honors the 30+ years Deacon Jacob Paige gave to his church and community.

The Jason C. Paige Memorial Scholarship
Jason C. Paige served the community his whole life – as a U.S. Marine, an NYPD officer, the Attendance Officer at Peekskill High School, a coach and sponsor of Pop Warner football, and a community leader. Since 2011, the scholarship in his name has awarded $26,000 to Westchester County students headed to college. In April 2026, we awarded another $1,000 scholarship.

Coming in October: The Launch of Pearlz
This October, we launch The Pearlz Program, our girls' empowerment and emotional-wellness program. Pearlz builds confidence, leadership, resilience and trusted relationships.
The Pearlz Club – girls ages 5–11
Pearlz Rising – girls ages 12–19
The Pearlz Collective – the women who train and mentor our girls
Life Ready: Expert-Led Workshops
Twice a month, The Blue Resource Table brings in professionals and community experts to teach our scholars the skills school doesn't always cover. Workshops are free for youth in Peekskill and across Westchester County.
College Readiness – applications, essays, financial aid and scholarships
Financial Literacy – budgeting, saving, credit and smart money habits
Entrepreneurship – turning ideas into small businesses
Leadership 101 – finding your voice and leading others
Mental Health and Wellness – managing stress, building resilience and knowing where to get support
The Laptop Program (Bridging the Digital Divide)
Homework, research and college applications all happen online, but not every scholar has a computer at home. Through our Laptop Program, students apply to receive a laptop for school. Five laptops given so far — 4 refurbished and 1 for a college-bound scholar.
GivingTuesday – December 1, 2026
Our goal is $25,000 for youth in Peekskill and across Westchester County. Mark your calendar, give, and invite friends to join you.
